Complaint Status Notifications
Maintenance complaint updates can be monitored through the HostelCare complaint history. Important maintenance updates may also be sent to the designated Telegram group.
Provide Accurate Complaint Information
When submitting a maintenance complaint, students should provide an accurate title, description, priority and supporting image where appropriate.
Rate Completed Maintenance Services
