HostelCare supports maintenance management across the residential blocks of the POLIMAS hostel. Students can report maintenance issues based on their assigned hostel room.

The POLIMAS residential area consists of six identified hostel blocks. Select the relevant block when referring to hostel maintenance locations.

Residential hostel block for POLIMAS students. Maintenance issues within this block can be reported through HostelCare.
KAMSIS BLOCK ABlock B
Residential hostel block for POLIMAS students. Maintenance issues within this block can be reported through HostelCare.

Students residing in Block A, Block B, Block C, Block D, Block E or Block F can report hostel maintenance issues through the HostelCare system. Each complaint can include the student's room number, issue description, priority and supporting image.
